Assessment, cost and follow-up
Your initial assessment is a 30-minute phone conversation with Tera. You discuss what you have been experiencing, how your animal supports you, and your housing situation. Tera evaluates whether an ESA is clinically appropriate. Booking an assessment does not guarantee a letter.
The $129 flat fee includes the phone assessment and, when clinically appropriate, a signed ESA housing letter issued the same day. The letter includes Tera's license information, NPI and signature. Landlord verification support is included. If no letter is issued, your total cost is $0, including the assessment.
If no letter is issued, your total cost is $0, including the assessment. Tera will explain the assessment outcome and discuss other options that may help. A genuine clinical assessment can conclude that an ESA is not appropriate.
PNW ESA Letters offers an annual renewal for $69, including a brief phone check-in, an updated letter when clinically appropriate, and landlord follow-up. Contact Tera if you have questions about your existing letter or a housing provider's documentation request. This describes the practice's renewal service, not a universal legal expiry rule.
Contact Tera with the verification request. Verification calls and written requests are included at no additional charge. Tera can confirm that the letter is genuine and that she is licensed; your diagnosis and clinical records are not shared as part of routine letter verification.
Appointment availability is shown in the live Calendly calendar and can change. Same-day delivery refers to the letter after your completed assessment, when an ESA is clinically appropriate; it is not a promise of a same-day appointment.
