$69 ESA letter renewal: eligibility and process
The $69 renewal service is available only to adults in Oregon and Washington who have previously seen Tera. A brief phone check-in lets Tera reassess whether an updated letter is clinically appropriate. The $69 renewal includes landlord follow-up; it does not guarantee a letter or housing approval.
- If you have previously seen Tera, contact her about your existing letter and any new housing documentation request. If you are new to Tera, including if your existing letter came from another provider, book the $129 initial assessment instead of a renewal.
- Check the live calendar for appointment times. You must be located in Oregon or Washington for telehealth.
- Complete the phone check-in. An updated letter is issued only when clinically appropriate; routine letter verification support is included.
There is no universal legal rule that every ESA letter expires after one year. The annual service offered here does not determine a housing provider's requirements. Ask a fair-housing advisor about a disputed request for renewed documentation.
Assessment, cost and follow-up
Your initial assessment is a 30-minute phone conversation with Tera. You discuss what you have been experiencing, how your animal supports you, and your housing situation. Tera evaluates whether an ESA is clinically appropriate. Booking an assessment does not guarantee a letter.
The $129 flat fee includes the phone assessment and, when clinically appropriate, a signed ESA housing letter issued the same day. The letter includes Tera's license information, NPI and signature. Landlord verification support is included. If no letter is issued, your total cost is $0, including the assessment.
If no letter is issued, your total cost is $0, including the assessment. Tera will explain the assessment outcome and discuss other options that may help. A genuine clinical assessment can conclude that an ESA is not appropriate.

Appointment availability is shown in the live Calendly calendar and can change. Same-day delivery refers to the letter after your completed assessment, when an ESA is clinically appropriate; it is not a promise of a same-day appointment.
