This policy describes how this website handles information about visitors. Health information you share during clinical care is protected separately — see the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information this site collects

• Booking details. When you schedule a session, the Calendly scheduling service collects your name, email address, and appointment time on our behalf.
• Messages you send. If you email or call, we receive the contact information and content you choose to share.
• Technical basics. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the site. The site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it — pages visited, approximate region, and how you arrived. That data is aggregated, is not used for advertising, and is never combined with any clinical information.

How information is used

Only to schedule and provide services, respond to you, and operate the website. Your information is never sold, and it is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

The site uses Calendly (scheduling), Google Fonts (typefaces), and Google Analytics (aggregate usage statistics). Each has its own privacy policy governing data it processes. Booking is optional — you can always reach out by email or phone at 971-248-0144 instead.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted (subject to clinical record-keeping requirements that apply to healthcare providers).
