Every ESA letter follows a real clinical assessment. An appointment is an opportunity to understand your needs; it does not guarantee that a letter will be issued.

My ESA services

Appointments are conducted by phone for adult Oregon and Washington residents. The $129 assessment includes a signed housing letter when clinically appropriate and landlord verification support. If no letter is issued, your total cost is $0, including the assessment. Annual renewal is $69 and includes a brief phone check-in and landlord follow-up.

Letter delivery is the same day as your completed assessment when an ESA is clinically appropriate. Check the live calendar for current appointment times.
