What this website is

This site describes the telehealth ESA assessment services of Tera Pareja, LMHC/LPC, and lets you schedule a session. Content on this site is general information — it is not legal advice, and reading it does not create a therapist–client relationship. A clinical relationship begins only when you complete intake and attend a session.

Eligibility and scope

• Services are available to current residents of Oregon and Washington, age 18 or older, by telehealth.
• An ESA letter is issued only when it is clinically appropriate following a real assessment. No outcome is guaranteed.
• ESA letters support housing accommodation requests under the Fair Housing Act. They do not grant public-access rights and are not valid for air travel.
• This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Fees

The assessment fee is $99, which includes the signed letter when one is clinically appropriate; annual renewal is $69. If an ESA is not clinically appropriate, you are not charged for a letter. Session fees for completed appointments are otherwise non-refundable; contact us to reschedule.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site content belongs to Tera Pareja and may not be republished without permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access others' information, or misrepresent your identity or residency when booking.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits professional obligations that apply to licensed clinical care.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Clinical care is governed by the licensing laws of the state where you reside (Oregon or Washington).
